Costa said that the driver was robbed of eight undelivered packages at approximately 5:45 on Thursday, Dec. 13 while the driver was at the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center on Wilmot Road.
According to police, the driver told investigators that he made a delivery when he was approached by several men, one of which was armed with a handgun. The driver was forced into his truck, the suspects then stole several packages before fleeing the area.
The robbery is under investigation. No arrests have been made.
